We’ve all dealt with a self esteem issue at one point or another, it is safe to say, little by little, we can find things to boost our esteem and keep a good drive. You start small, you can become big but if you go too big you might just go home. Here’s why…

What’s generally on your mind? It is sung to you, “protect ya neck!” Why don’t you do it more often? Do you feel pressured to leave your ideas and motives in someone else’s care? Ask yourself. How impaired are you to your reality and what you deserve?
Being deprived of sleep, being or becoming anxious, dealing with any mental illness or overall exhaustion, makes you less cognitive. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, we’re all going through something; work daily to make minor changes, for YOU. I always say, it’s better to dig towards light than to dig into darkness and get trapped in with no way out.
Find others you enjoy minuscule social interactions with, don’t over exert yourself if you don’t feel ready, work on it. Why is this a good idea? It can lower your blood pressure, for one and two, it can help to build a longer life span; you deserve that.
It’s a gift to gab but it’s a gift to process the gab.

BRAINSTORMING IS EVERYTHING AT NIGHT; CRAFTING IS EVERYTHING DURING THE DAY.
DEVOTE YOURSELF TO DAILY MENTAL DISCIPLINE THAT DOESN’T RESTRICT YOU.
EXCUSE YOURSELF FROM USELESS CONCEPTS YOU’VE MADE, IT’S TIME FOR A CLEAN SLATE.
Through action you claim progress, through progress, you gain achievement — Now doesn’t that feel good to hear? Imagine doing it on a regular basis.
Hesitation will always leave you waiting, what exactly are you waiting for and why do you keep hesitating? Every matter in your life will have a balance of negative and positive obstacles but it’s about your strategy and how it’s utilized. You will fall many times before you stand on a plan that can become a routine.
YOU HEARD HIM IN THAT CLIP. It is upto you to conduct with integral performance. Do NOT settle for average energy knowing that it is your imperative strength in the backbone of your more-than-average, EXTRA lifestyle. It is time for you to advance and redirect your energy if that is something you haven’t already done, even if it is done in smaller steps; they all count.

I know you’re great, the internet knows you’re great but do you? Do you recognize your own power or do you let your light shine through someone else? Your stance should be firm in who you are or you are working to be (the best version of yourself.) If you feel like you don’t have much direction it’s a great idea to process that information whether it is written or spoken out loud. Motivation + Actions could equate to more motivation but it’s not as easy as that; Motivation + Motivation equals more motivation, as though it is an endless cycle. You will be the one to prompt yourself and have the last say in how great you truly are.
YOU KEEP FIGHTING, EVERYDAY, YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH YOUR GRAIL. YOU KEEP YOUR HANDS UP AND BE CONSISTENT; DON’T EVER LET THIS WORLD BEAT YOU DOWN; YOU WERE BUILT TO FIGHT, TO WIN.
